HCI – HEMISFÉRIO INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
Hemisfério Industrial Complex is ready to receive both small companies and major industrial companies. It has modern modular warehouses, built based on high quality standards, generous ceiling heights of up to 13 m that provide more vertical space, floors with a bearing capacity of up to 25 t/m2, and the option of using gantry cranes. For more convenience and better security of the tenants, the facility has a restaurant, snack bar, bathrooms, an access control system, and 24-hour surveillance. The logistics facility also hosts one of the most modern industrial dry ports in the country: the Granbel Industrial Dry Port.
